Delete your Shiftgram account

You can delete your Shiftgram account and its online data at any time. The game on your phone stays, and you can keep playing without an account.
Delete it in the game
- Open Shiftgram and go to Settings.
- Tap Backup and account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Didn't sign in? You don't have an account, but you may have a League profile. Go to Settings and tap Reset league profile before you uninstall the game.
Ask us by email
If you no longer have the game, or deleting in the game didn't work, email us and we'll do it for you.
Use the subject "Delete my Shiftgram account" and tell us:
- whether you signed in with Apple or Google, and the email address on that account
- your Player ID or League name, if you didn't sign in (shown on your profile in the League screen)
We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours, and we'll email you once it's deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details (name, email address and profile photo link from Apple or Google)
- Your online saved game: coins, levels, stars, boosters and settings
- Your League profile: generated name, chosen picture, points, tier and results
- Your Player ID
Deletion is permanent, and online progress can't be recovered afterwards. Sign-in records are cleared from our provider's backup systems within 180 days.
What we keep
- Your game on your phone, until you uninstall it.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and Unity under their own policies, and any records we must keep by law. Remove ads can still be restored from the store.
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports, which aren't linked to your account and are removed on their normal schedule.
