Novvot Labs LLC ("Novvot Labs", "we" or "us") is an independent software studio in Washington, USA. This policy covers this website and how we handle email you send us. It also sets out the rules every one of our games and apps follows.

Policies for each product

Each game or app has its own privacy policy, because each one uses different features and services. That policy is the one that applies when you use the product, and it lists exactly what is collected and who handles it.

This website

• The site doesn't set cookies, run analytics or show ads.
• Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type and the page requested) when you visit, and may keep them in short-lived server logs for security.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to help with your request, and we keep it as long as needed for that, plus any time the law requires.

Rules all our products follow

• We collect only what a feature needs, and say so in plain words in that product's policy.
• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't ask for your contacts, photos or precise location unless a feature clearly needs it and you choose to use it.
• Payments go through Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
• Where a product shows ads or uses a third-party service, its policy names the company and links to its privacy information.
• Where a product has an account, you can delete it, and the product's policy explains how.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@novvot.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or a US state such as California), you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

Our website and products are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with its new date.
