These terms apply to this website and, where a product has no terms of its own, to games and apps made by Novvot Labs LLC ("Novvot Labs", "we" or "us").

Our games and apps can have their own terms of use. When they do, those terms apply to that product and take priority over these general terms.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse and link to this site. Please don't copy our logos, artwork or product content for commercial use, or try to disrupt the site.

Using our products

By downloading or using one of our products, you agree to these terms (or the product's own terms) and to the terms of the store you got it from, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Licence: we give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use our products on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute them, except where the law lets you.
• In-app purchases: Apple or Google handles payment, and their refund policies apply. Virtual items have no cash value and can't be exchanged outside the product.
• Fair play: in shared features such as leaderboards, don't cheat or exploit bugs. We may reset scores or remove players who do.
• Changes: we update our products over time and may change or stop features, including online ones.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the site and our products running, but they're provided "as is", to the extent the law allows, and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Novvot Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Snohomish County, Washington. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections your local law gives you.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll post the new version here with its new date.
